About Us

Alejandro Corona Osbourne Charities was established in 2021 to honor our beloved son, Alejandro Corona, who tragically lost his life in a car accident at the age of 20, in 2020. The pain of losing Alejandro, ignited a determination within us to ensure his spirit and generosity endure. Our family has always held a deep belief in the power of helping others and paying it forward.
Inspired by Alejandro's passion for soccer, we created a charity that provides scholarships to college-bound soccer players. While ACOC began with this mission, we aspire to extend our reach to the community in meaningful ways. Our vision includes donating to homeless shelters, supporting women and children's facilities, addressing the growing need for affordable housing, and tackling the health crises we face both in the USA and worldwide.
ACOC embraces limitless potential for community involvement. Our mission is to maximize the generosity of our sponsors and donors, striving for the highest level of impact in communities across the US and, ultimately, throughout the globe.
Our Mission is to:
  • The Alejandro Corona Osbourne Foundation "ACOC" mission is to provide scholarships for soccer players that excel at this sport that was loved by our son Alejandro. We want to honor him by giving the opportunity and aide to future players.
  • Alejandro Corona died in a tragic car accident on May 28th, 2020, at the age of 20 years old. He was very sweet and always had a smile on his face. He started playing soccer at the age of 6 and was his passion.
  • We want to create a legacy for Alejandro’s life that helps deserving kids to compete in the game he loved so much.
Our Vision is to:
Provide access to the high quality education to deserving student athletes, who excel in high school.
We value diversity, promote equality, and challenge discrimination.

Our Strategy

1. Where are we now?
Collecting information on how we can help future leaders to excell academically. Goal: Provide aid to future soccer players.
2. Where do we want to be?
Being able to expand our scholarship program to the wider houston area. Goal: Ensure current and future financial sustainability of nonprofit.
3. How will we get there?
Organizing fundraisers, golf tournaments and donations. Goal: Pursing internal and external growth opportunities.
